Home Visits
Send me to your place to check on your pets and your home. We can take a neighbourhood walk or just facilitate a quick backyard potty break.
Book a quick home visit for 15 or 30 minutes, or choose a half-hour neighbourhood walk for a bit more stimulation and exercise.
Most clients choose home visits and neighbourhood walks for midday while they're busy at work.
I can also accommodate early morning, late afternoon, and even visits into the evening. Sometimes clients choose home visits to give one last pee break to their dogs when they're going out for dinner and a movie.
After each visit I will send you a quick text to let you know how things went.
What Does a Home Visit Provide?
Food & water
During your home visit I will put out fresh food and water as required – along with chin scratches and a farewell treat!
Human interaction
I'll ensure basic training is maintained, and provide positive human interaction during the times you aren’t able to be there.
A quick hello
Home visits are typically 15 minutes or so, but I may make special accommodations for longer visits depending on your needs.
Bathroom break
During the home visit I will take your dog outside to have a bathroom break, either in your yard or somewhere close to your home.
Neighbourhood walks
Book your pet a 30 or 45-minute leashed walk around their own neighbourhood.
Neighbourhood walks keep your dog in a familiar location to avoid adding stress or anxiety to their day. Great for elderly dogs, puppies, and furry friends who need personal attention in a more controlled environment.
Neighbourhood walks are also an option for dogs who aren't current on their vaccines, or who are unable to travel in a vehicle.
Quick visit & pee break for dogs
Quick pee break visits are a smart way for puppies and elderly dogs to get some much-needed attention during the day.
Any messes or used pee pads will be cleaned and fresh water and food will be provided. During a midday home visit I am also able to administer medication, or check up on dogs with medical needs.
Quick visit for cats & small pets
I am not currently offering my home visits for cats and small pets—too busy with the pups, sorry!

**If the reason for a visit is because of a meal I will aim later; if the reason for a visit is for a walk I will aim earlier.

Going somewhere with your pets and need someone to check in while you're away? I can stop by to water plants, bring in the mail, and turn on the lights.
